I stayed at this hotel in JVC, which is a bit far from the city center but offers a middle ground between downtown Dubai and New Dubai (Jumeirah/Dubai Marina). The staff was excellent, especially Prakash, our housekeeper. However, the service from other staff members was lacking in attitude and friendliness. The room, although spacious with a balcony, had no toothbrush or slippers provided. The dining experience was subpar, and I encountered poor management when trying to arrange breakfast. Overall, a decent value for money given the location and amenities.
